1983
Ultimate Drainage Pty Ltd began operations, focusing on drainage services for local government and the private sector.

1990’s
Ultimate Drainage Pty Ltd expanded and began providing contract work for state government agencies, while continuing to serve as a principal contractor for the Water Corporation.

2005
The construction and mining boom drove strong demand for plant hire companies. In response, we launched AllWest Plant Hire, a dedicated earthmoving and excavator rental company delivering efficient, tailored solutions for our clients.

2014
To support our growth in the plant hire industry, we formed a joint venture with Marapikurrinya Contracting, an Indigenous company based in Port Hedland. We worked on several regional projects, engaging local operators and labourers.

2015
By observing the evolving needs of our diverse client base, we identified a growing demand for a worksite and event equipment hire company in Perth. Our clients were seeking reliable access, compaction, compression, and lighting rentals to support a wide range of commercial projects. To meet this need, we launched AllWest Equipment Hire, which specialised in smaller equipment solutions.

2021
To strengthen our position in the Western Australian market, we merged AllWest Plant Hire and AllWest Equipment Hire. This formed our unique one-stop plant and equipment hire company, offering both wet and dry hire, labour hire, and in-house transport and logistics across WA.
